To begin the Enrolment process please read and complete the following documents.
Use the checklist below to ensure you have completed all required forms:
Download and complete the Application Form:
Read the Child Safety Code of Conduct and have both parents/guardians sign separate Declaration Forms:
Return these completed documents together with your child/ren's Birth Certificate, Immunisation Certificate and if applicable Baptism Certificate to the office at St Gabriel's.
