Dear Parents, Guardians and Carers,
As you will be aware from our letter earlier in the week there has been some easing of restrictions and we are working through how these can be conducted safely and within the guidelines that are placed upon us by the Government, Department of Education and DOSCEL.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this and we will provide you with updates as they come to hand.
Parent Access Module (PAM)
Thank you to all of the families who have verified their emails to set up the PAM accounts. We are currently sitting at 80% of set up accounts. Would be great if we could get the final 20% completed before the end of term.
PAM is now used for all permission slips, parent teacher interviews and whole school announcements. Please note Grade 3-6 athletics permission slip is now on PAM awaiting approval and will need to be completed by Sunday 13th March. If you are having difficulty setting it up or finding your access email please email mcharlton@stgtraralgon.catholic.edu.au and I will help you with it.

Our hearts and prayers go out to the people of Ukraine, and the following prayer allows some time for reflection and the overwhelming desire for peace and hope in these uncertain times.
PRAYER FOR UKRAINE
God of peace and justice,
We pray for the people of Ukraine today.
We pray for peace and the laying down of weapons.
We pray for all those who fear for tomorrow.
That your Spirit of comfort would draw near to them.
We pray for those with power over war or peace,
for wisdom, discernment and compassion to guide their decisions.
Above all, we pray for all your precious children, at-risk and in fear,
that you would hold and protect them.
We pray in the name of Jesus, the Prince of Peace.
Amen.
Kind Regards
Michelle

Signing children in and out of school
If your child needs to leave early, or has an appointment, then parents must sign in when they return/arrive. A note must be supplied to the classroom teacher so that they are aware of why the child is leaving and they can then record the absence. Alternatively this can be entered as PNA via PAM.
If your child is unwell to speed up their recovery by not allowing your child to return to school until they are fully recovered.
